The Home Support Service consists in providing care and services to families and/or people who are at home, in a situation of physical and/or psychological dependence and who cannot ensure, temporarily or permanently, the satisfaction of their basic needs and/or the performance of instrumental activities of daily living, nor have family support for this purpose.

Objective

To develop home support services for the elderly or dependent, promoting their autonomy and well-being.

Services Rendered

Provision of hygiene care and personal comfort;	Home hygiene, strictly necessary to the nature of care provided;
Supply and support in the meals, respecting the diets with medical prescription;	Treatment of clothing of personal use of the user;
Access to entertainment and socialization activities;	Acquisition of goods and foodstuffs;
Payment of services;	Travel to entities of the community;

Complementary Services

Psychosocial support;	Meals preparation at home (breakfast and snack);
Making small changes or repairs at home;	Image Care;
Training and awareness of family members and informal caregivers to provide care to users;

Necessary documents

Identification documents of the household and the representative;
Evidence of annual retirement;
IRS declaration and liquidation note;
Expenses with medication for continuous use and incontinence products (diapers), expenses of one month;
House rent expenses (for one month);
Signature of the Service Provision contract and Authorisation for data processing (and sign at the formalisation of the process)
